  I met with this doctor and he is very personable and kind. With that said, it took two weeks to get through to a real person to try to get an appointment, then it took another week to get an appointment because their scheduling computer was down. Then I was working with a sleep study scheduling person, who advised after three weeks she was still waiting on my insurance for approval. I spoke to my insurance that same day and was advised they had only received the request minutes before I called them which meant it was not ever sent or at least verified that the insurance received the request, so no follow up or follow through. I had to cancelling a secondary appointment two weeks out because I had yet to be contacted to schedule a sleep study. ALSO...many of the doctors I work with now have web portals that allow for interface directly with the doctor, this office has no website or web portal interface which would allow for outreach to the doctor. When I called the office and left a lengthy complaint message on their answering machine about the delays in scheduling a sleep study....nobody ever called to follow up with me...so patients are of little importance and as such I cancelled all further treatment and have found someone else who is getting me in immediately for a study. I am sad, because I liked the Doctor.
